Because infestation of human habitats has been on the increase in developed countries, bed bug bites and related conditions have been on the rise as well, since the 1980s–1990s.

I have these itchy marks all over my legs that closely resemble bug bites. I know they aren t mosqitoes because I ll get them when laying in bed, but they re not bed bugs since I only get them in one place mostly and none of my housemates have the problem.
