Hi I'm 34 and have recently started having anxiety attacks. I didn't want to take any strong medicine so the doctor at the ER suggested i go the natural way and drink Rooibos Tea. At the health food store they suggested I take LTO3 supplements also(3 a day). I realize the natural way might take longer but am I at least headed in the right direction for getting rid of this panicky feeling all the time?
I have an anxiety issue with throwing up and sometimes I will get a lump in my throat and a strange feeling in my stomach and throat this is an attack. Is there a way to calm my self down?? I have tried breathing but it just does not work.
