Does Teething Cause Children To Have Watery Stools ?

Hi, my Daughter is just over 6 months and she is having really watery yellow nappys and twining a lot. i have had to change her clothes at least once a day because its gone right through. Is this part of teething or a virus? She is on cow&gate follow on milk.

Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum,
If she is passing watery stools from 3 or more days, you need to get her stool cultured to rule out Rotavirus Infection which is common in Infancy and childhood. Feed her breast milk as much as you can. Take her to a Pediatrician and get her examined. Preventing dehydration is the biggest concern in cases of diarrhea. Offer her an oral rehydration fluid such as ORS in small amount.
