Dry skin with patches in winter
m 21 in summer my skin in fine but in winter it gets very dry even though i rarely use facewash...as soon as i wash my face its get dry and some red patches apper..winter creams also helps me..plz guide me do i need medication or what to do?thanking

Hi, For Indian summers, an SPF of 30-40 is good. Avoid water-proof, sweat-proof sunscreens. Gel formulas usually work well. You should do a patch test on part of your face before using any of the sunscreens on the whole face.
