Have A Discharge After The C Section During Birth

ok so i recently gave birth about 5 weeks ago i had a c section and since then i have been peeing and when i go to wipe i see this brownish clear blob on the toilet paper and its really sticky and its like u cant rip it apart im worried cause idk if its brown or red like blood and if this should be something i need to worry about it dont hurt when i pee and this thing dont smell but this has never happened before i got pregnant and before i gave birth now since ive given birth this is going on idk if the doctor who delivered left something in there he shudnt have or what. doctor what can i do to get rid of this and what is this
