Why is my potassium level so high?

hello, I'm A 24 year old female I am in the process of trying to lose weight. would Potassium plus iodine tablets be the right dietary supplement to use??
The best way to loose your weight is to observe right dietary control where you avoid eating sweets, fried foods, junk foods and colas and doing regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
In the absence of above mentioned routine, nothing is going to work.
Using potassium with iodine is not a scientifically proved method to reduce your weight.
Diclofenac potassium is a NSAIDs type of medicine. It is basically used in all types of pain conditions. It should be taken after meals and never empty stomach as can cause hyper-acidity. It should not be taken without doctor's prescription as can cause side effects.
