Common causes of this condition are diabetes, multiple sclerosis. Both of these conditions can cause affection of nerves of your right hand,leading to your symptoms of numbness/cold feeling. - Other possibility is optic neuritis is separate entity & hand symptoms may be caused by cervical spondylosis/cervical spine.
