Why Am I Feeling Dizzy ?
when i go to work at a dept store for the last five dayus i get light headed dizzy hot and then cold im a 26 yr old female and i also go pale what could this be from

Hi,
Please check your haemoglobin level and blood pressure. Anaemia may be the cause of your problem. Eat green vegetables and drink more water.

The dizziness you have can be due to many reasons right from tiredness and fatigue;anaemia;low electrolytes;postural hypotension;anxiety;error of refraction (vision problem) etc.Please consult a doctor and get blood pressure checked and drink enough of water and better add electrolyte powder to the water and you should feel better.Also get your haemoglobin checked and if that is low get medicines prescribed by a doctor for increasing the haemogobin.
