Hi there,
Welcome to HCM.
I suggest you get a ultrasound of abdomen done to rule out any liver enlargement. The swelling of abdomen can occur in a condition called as ascitis which is filling of abdomen with fluid. Liver disorder is one of the main causes of this condition. Please consult your doctor who is treating you for any clarifications you have. thanks.
