White Spots On The Skin, Spreading
What is the name of this disease which has symptoms: White spots appear on skin at the starting and they slowly spread through out the body skin.

hi white spots on the skin spreading can be vitigo of unstable variety .rule out other differential diagnosis like leprosy,igh pityriasis alba and versicolor and post inflammmatory hyperpigmentation.
first change the unstable to stable vitiligo by giving steriods for few days and use of dicaris 150 mg weekly twice.then treat the condition with trimop forte tablet taken daily 2 hrs before exposure to sunlight,placentrex gel applied twice and exposed to sun.steriod cream in the night along with iron supplementation can cure the condition
