Yesterday morning I woke up with my left eye pulsing it hurt for a while then it stopped.
I didn't think anything of it until later last night when my bottom eye lid had a little swelling,
I finally noticed a white bump on the inside & it's been hurting ever since?

It seems from the history that you are having swelling of the eyelid with a bump pointing inside. This indicates hordeolum internum.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and oral antiinflammatory drugs.
Applying hot compression provides symptomatic relief.
