Need Treatment For Foot Pain
I need to know what else I can do for my right foot aka my toes I got mad and kicked the bed not knowing that there would be a bord underneth and think possibly I may have broke my first toes the first three are swollen and blue purple pink and red it was really hot it has cooled down since then its been two days since the accident and I have iced elevated and took Tylenol I need to know what else I need to do and also my Dada told me to start moving it so it don t get stuck that way is it true so I have been moving it s very painful and it hurts tell me what else icando

Hi,
Please take an x ray immediately of the foot to rule out fracture of the toes.If no fractures , then just continue ice packs.Also take T.Chymoral forte 1-1-1- for about 5 days.This wil help in bringing down the swelling.
But if there is a fracture and undisplaced , it wil need BUDDY'S STRAPPING with rest.This may take as long as about 6 weeks to heal.
