Suggest Medication For Symptoms Of Flu

Um... My 7yr old began getting cold symptoms Monday night. Runny and stuffy nose, slightly sore throat, body aches. Declined Tues, missed school, and is now worse. Running a fever of 102 and says she is dizzy... While laying down. And she's had a flu shot (although I do know it doesn't cover all stains of the flu). What do you think?
