Continuous Vomiting, Bloated Stomach, Causes ?

hi my dad was vomiting first 1 food 2 and 3 heaps of black liquid 4 just green bile , next day felt bit better but then got the runs went to doctor and said he got stomach bug gave tablet to stop nauesa and diarra. he has got a funny tummy as he eats bugger all but always feel bloated. had tube put down his thoat but all was ok. i worry that something not right and maybe he need to push for more but what shall we ask for

Hi welcome to HCMForum. first of all your father had bleeding in the stomach resulted in vomiting followed by brown curdy blood clots.
the renant blood can cause loose motions. The other reason is infection causing vomiting gastric bleeding followed by motions.
Hypertension can some times cause such changes. what ever the reason must be treated by antibiotic ppi probiotics etc for few days
to stabilise the gut. in the last 2 instances we dont get any thing in gastro scopy. For bloating ask him to stop all the drugs. if no
improve ment he has to use gastrokinetic drugs only under the supervision of a gastro enterologist. besides ask him to use more curd
with food. avoid spices chillies
