I developed a cold today and have just used Otrivin for my runny nose but after 2 hours it hasn t yet worked. This is the first time it hasn t worked for me before!

if you have more stuffy nose and congestion is more, one time application of decongestant may not be enough,yaar,you go for second application !there is nothing to worry.
If congestion is more you may go for decongestant tablet.
