What Is The Swollen Lymph Node On My Back?

I have a throbbing swollen lymph node in my neck . It has been swollen off and on for about 5 months now. My doctor perscribed antibiotics 5 months ago but they really did not help. The lymph node has gotten especially bad in the past 2 weeks. I also have a pain in my upper back felt on the spine that is not muscular, could these be related? My doctor had suggested I get a sonagram on my neck but I did not have time to set up the appointment before I moved and lost my insurance. My new insurance does not start for another 2 weeks so I am wondering if this is pressing enough to just go to a dr without insurance. I have made the mistake of checking the internet to self diagnose but I have seen everthing from cancer to hiv and now I am freaking out!

cervical lymphadenopathy might be dueto many problems but the primary thingz to exclude shall be any inflammation problems in head and neck region, TB AND CANCER so i shall advice u to plan for a sonogram for conclusion along with trucut biopsy of the node in case it is from a long time as u r saying !
