Hello

as per your age 45 years and you don't have any risk factors like diabetes, hypertension, smoking obesity or high lipid levels. as you explained about your ECG reports its acute MI by ECG machine which is usually wrong interpretation. If it is not associate with symptoms like chest pain, breathlesness & sweating ect. then it has no value. To conform if you can send me the scan copy of your ECG then i can comment on that.

Thank you for query and wish you healthy heart.
