Dear Friend Get HBV DNA quantitative and qualitative and start treatment immediately.

I want to know about inactive active. As in lab test Hbsag is coming positive from the last 10 years. Hbeag comes negative, Hbv dna is undetectable. Plz suggest
Since HBV DNA is undetectable so at the moment the patient does not have active hepatitis B infection in the body. HBeAg negativity means patient is not infectious to others. Only HBsAg positivity shows carrier status.

Hbsag is coming +ve since last 10 yrs. Hbv dna is undetectable and Hbeag is -ve. Can Hbsag will be -ve later? I want it to be negative. Plz suggest treatment?
Its very difficult to say when it will be negative. Have you taken full course of treatment for hbv. Do regular liver function test and take opinion from a hepatologist or gastroenterology dept.
