What is cause of high blood pressure at night ?
My Dad is suffering from a typical problem now a days, his blood pressure i shooting up upto 175/90 in the night time and he feels restlessness. He is on medication , but we are curious to know what could be the reason for this happening in night time?

It depends upon the value of blood pressure .
Mild blood pressure e.g. 140 / 85 mm of Hg at the age of 42 , usually don't develop any symptoms.
If Blood pressure very high 150 /100 mm of Hg may cause dizziness, heaviness in epigastrium, bleeding / nose , palpitation , headache , heaviness behind eyes.
