Is 130/90 bloodpressure normal for a 36 yearold male?
Yes 130/90 mmHg is normal.Over 140/90 is considered high and need to be evaluated.
Measure your bloodpressure time after time to see if it is stable. You need to mantain a healthy lifestyle(eat healthy,do physical activity 5 days a week, try to restrict your salt intake and drink plenty of water).
Right now you have nothing to worry about your bloodpressure.
