First do you have a family history of HT/DM,also you didn't mention about your Bp/DM status, if it so better to consult a specialist and follow. As per you complaints probably it may be ?bronchitis or oesophagitis- for that better to take omeprazole and pain killer like paracetamol.If not relieved better for master health check up...

thanks for your question.I don't think this pain is due to heart or lung cause.chest pan due to ischemic heart disease is so severe with extreme fear of impending doom.and pneumonic pain is usually with high grade fever and moderate to severe breathlessness.
It is most likely due to musculoskeletal pain and simple analgesia like paracetamol can relieve this pain.but pain due to peptic ulcer may not be overlooked.you may also take anti ulcerate such as ranitidine or omeprazole.Try to avoid smoking and spicy foods. Hope the answer of the question.
