Hi, it means the vertebral space between c5 and c6 vertebrae is narrowed. It is called as cervical spondylosis. Also amount of increased bone activity is noted at lumbar spine. Strengthening of muscles of cervical region and lumbar region essential with good nutrition. Cervical and lumbar support is also necessary.

Hai.at tat age it is more likely to get joint problems, spone problems with degenerative diseases, this is due to weakness of the bones &nerves, keep urselt fit with exercises&walking, U can start with immunomodulators like diacyrin&glucosamine on the Advice of the orthopaedic surgeon.
