Boil In Thigh, Bleeding. Cause?

Scared and freaked out : ( my daughter just turned 10. She was using the restroom when I saw her wipe and there was blood and she was crying. I opened the door all the way and she didn t want me to see. She had a boil on the crease of her thigh and grown area. Then when I saw that one, I saw some that almost looked like water blisters. Omg I started to cry. I put her in the shower and took her a bath and doctored them. I am so scared. Why is she getting these. She had some old and new and some that were just coming out. Could it be sugar or what. Now she will have these scars. My poor baby. Please tell me what could be causing these????!!!!
