Hello, thank you for sharing your problem with us.
Cipro is an antibiotic taken at the time of infection. it does not really cause pelvic pain but yes it causes urinary retention which can lead to the pain. It will be better for you that you should consult your physician who has prescribed you the medication.
My girl friend is having a lower back pain and pelvic area is feeling heavy and she is peeing alot what does she have?
It can be a lower urinary tract infection. You can rule out that by doing a Urine RE.Puss cells in plenty will be present in that.If that is the case you might need to take antibiotics.Pregnancy also gives such signs. If you are missing periods do an Urine pregnancy test also.Hope this may help you
I had a pelvic ultrasound and it say that i have a dominant follicle on the right hand side that measures 22mm diamiter. What does that mean.
The dominant follicle is the normally maturing follicle. It has reached to the near optimal size.It may rupture to release the egg after it reaches a size around 25mm which could occur in the mid of your cycle.
