What does it mean when your chest hurts and you feel like you cant breathe? And your left arm is numb and tingling?
I would consider this an emergency, as a heart attack (in layman terms) can also have a similar presentation. Which is why an immediate ECG (EKG) will have to be conducted to rule out/diagnose a cardiac cause. Although highly unlikely taking your age into consideration, whether this is for you or another individual, please rush to the ER (emergency department).
Hope this helps.
