What to do if having prolonged cold, cough and high eosinophil count?
Sir. I have regular cold and cough for the last 4 months. Mostly I am suffering cough at nights. I had a blood test recently and find that my eosinophils count is 9%. Previously I had a skin allergy and doctor prescribed citrizane hydrochloride. Kindly advise how to fight eosinophils count. Tnx.mohd
Pagets or thrush of the nipple? Are there distinct ways to tell the two apart, without needing a skin biopsy?
Itching and burning sensation are associated with a thrush. Clinical examination can give more clues to differentiate the two.

Diagnosis: son has low neutrophils(24) absolute(1.4), high lymphs(61) absolute(3.7), and high Eos(8) absolutes(0.5). Abdomen pain, dizzy, nausea food allergy.
hello! Your son may be having eosinophillic gastroenterits( because he is having abdominal pain, food allergy, and high eosinophil counts) many of the times which is due to some food allergy. For confirming he requires, S.immunoglobulin level (IgE) endoscopy examination and duodenal biopsy (to see for eosinophils/HPF). Also see which food (milk, wheat etc) worsen his symptoms and then avoid them
