What can be done to reduce cholesterol level
Thanks for your query. Low fat diet, regular exercises, no smoking, no alcohol, maintenance of body weight will reduce cholesterol. If cholesterol levels are quite high, a course of Statins (such as, rosuvastatin) be taken and continued till Lipid levels return to normal range.

what to eat if you have high cholesterol
Thanks for writing your query.
You should avoid oily foods.
Foods which may be helpful are foods rich in fibres, Vitamin C, Omega-3 fatty acids.
Almonds, walnuts, olive oil, legumes, fat free yoghurt, proactive margarine, soybeans, cabbage, broccoli, spinach all help to reduce the level of harmful lipids.
A regular exercise is also very beneficial.
I hope this is helpful to you.
