Low cholesterol mean less level of LDL. Lower cholesterol is usually better, but in rare cases having a low level of low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or "bad") cholesterol or a low total cholesterol level could increase your risk of some health problems like depression, cancer, low birth weight of child in pregnancy.
Is it okay to have daily 100 grams of ground nuts.
Also if I do exercise, what is the minimum quantity I can intake for ground nuts.
rich in cholesterol, not good for daily consumption
What can be done to reduce cholesterol level
Thanks for your query. Low fat diet, regular exercises, no smoking, no alcohol, maintenance of body weight will reduce cholesterol. If cholesterol levels are quite high, a course of Statins (such as, rosuvastatin) be taken and continued till Lipid levels return to normal range.
