Hi, this morning I woke up and had cramp like feelings in my beely then a sudden urge to go to the toilet (for a poo) this happend three times now tonight it has happend again but only once I am not pregnant so any suggestions at to what ths could be

You are having symptoms of colitis (inflamed colon). The most common cause is infection. A stool test may be done to confirm it.

You can take antispasmodic medications like bentyl for relief. If the stool test shows infection, then you have to get treated for infection also for complete relief.
