How To Cure Sleep Apnea ?

I had an ischemic stroke in April 2013 - got to hospital quickly and received TPA. I am taking Metoprolo, Plavix, Lipitor, and generic Xanax (just at night for sleeping:). I am fine except for almost constant dizziness (I can drive well, and never feel as though I am going to fall). My short term memory has also suffered, but I am functional in all other aspects - am a 67 year old female. I am wondering about the dizziness and what may be causing it. My blood pressure is fine, and I have undergone lots of tests from cardiologist. I have been diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea, and am waiting to hear from that doc for appt. Any other suggestions? Have an MRI scheduled.

Hi i read your query.

Your problems seems to be related to post stroke problems. Especially the dizzines and short memory loss.

Also sleep apnea may worsen this complication so i suggest to consult the pulmonologist for proper treatment of sleep apnea.

Hope i answered to your query.
