I have not had anything alcohol to for 3yrsyears, i did drink again for two weeks. Will my liverenzymes return to normal after 5 to six weeks of not drinking ?
Alcohol lowers the immunity and continuous use causesliver cell damage ,that's why elevated liverenzyme in blood . Stopping of alcohol will decrease raised enzyme but it depends upon the level of enzymes.
