from few days i am observing small blood drops in my stool.
i dont have any pain in any parts of body.
please help me what is caused ,and diagnosis,
hi, if it is fresh blood drops then it must be coming from the rectum or colon. if your stool has turned black then it is from upper part, like stomach and duodenum. go for stool examination and proctoscopy.
if you find this helpful then give vote of thnx..
i have rotten egg burps stomach pain nausea and black stools. what is causing this? i had colon resection surgery in 2012.
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Stomach pain, burps, nausea, suggest indigestion and black stools suggest some kind of bleeding in the upper GI tract like stomach or duodenum.
Your history is suggestive of ulcer.
An upper GI endoscopy is required to look for ulcer or some other lesion.
A biopsy from the GI mucosa can be taken for examination.
Consult a gastroenterologist for endoscopy & further workup.
