What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting?

Last weekend I went under my car to check the bolts in the muffler. While under the car lying down I felt dizzy. I stood up and the dizziness continued. I even felt like vomitting. I rested for a while, fell asleep, and it was gone. What's wrong with me?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the some rust entering the respiratory tract, or suffocation under the car, or may be general cause the hypertension, hyperglycemia, or infection of the internal ear.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have an M.R.I., and other tests for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, and cinnerzine, till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
