Is There Any Supplement That Will Stop Easy Bruising?

I have been bruising very easily. the doctor touched my leg today to see if I had any swelling.I now have a round purple bruise just from him touching me.I am 70 years old.This happens very frequently.Is there any supplement I can take for this?Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
you might be having a low platelet count and hence you are developing these bruises.
Get your platelet levels, bleeding and clotting time checked.
Sometimes spontaneous bruising might be associated with dangerous systemic conditions.
I suggest you to get a thorough check up done.
Usually it takes around 2 weeks for the bruise to heal,
you can use oint thrombophobe to get a faster relief.
A photograph would have helped me better.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
