25yo female. Disc buldge on lumbar spine. Recently experiencing swollen feet. Related? What to do?
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Disc prolapse is characterized by localized pain, sensory involvement or pain in the area supplied by the compressed nerve.
Involvement of the urinary bladder and/or bowel can occur depending on the site and level of compression.
Swelling of feet is unlikely to be due to disc prolapse.
Instead hypertension may be responsible for the swelling of feet. Get your BP done.
