Welcome. I can understand your concerns. There is very little evidence of Any relation of walnuts with stomachulcers and h.pylori.
But, if you have ulcers, avoid excessive use of walnuts. It leads to more acidity.

The cause of stomachulcer
also called gastric ulcer, causes:
infection: H pylori infection.
Drugs: NSAIDs( pain killers- ibuprofen,diclofenac or naproxen), aspirin, steroids.
Others: use of alcohol, smoking, irregular eating habits, spicy foods.
Diseases: gastrinomas, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Can 80% stomachulcer be treated,?
Stomach (peptic) ulcers are generally treated with PPI given for 4-6 weeks along or with two antibiotics ( 2 weeks duration) if found to be caused by bacterial infection Helicobacter pylori.
