1. the main effect of vitamin D toxicity is increased level of calcium in your blood, i.e. hypercalcemia thus resulting in poor appetite, increased acidity (chances of ulcer), increased irritability of nerves, nausea, vomiting, increased frequency of urination, and kidney problems.
You need to fast for six to eight hours before the blood is drawn for Vitamin B 12 testing.
it is also important to give all information about the drugs(prescribed,OTC and herbal) to the one who is testing.
can a person take vitamins to help with
high blood pressure
Thanks for your query.
Vitamins do not have any role in managing high blood pressure. Lifestyle changes, weight reduction if overweight; low fat diet and regular exercise will help. Usually, anti-hypertensive drugs are used to control BP and advised lifestyle changes as describe above.
