Hello.Eczema is a possible diagnosis.I treat my patients with corticosteroid in cream twice a day+antihistamine by mouth(for example ebastine 10 mg twice a day) when Eczema is the diagnosis.Please consult your local doctor for a prescription.I wish you good health.
