Hi i have got senseless and heavy feeling in my left hand
Don’t get panicky please .Go to a MD physician or cardiologist and get a cardiogram as precautionary measure which I hope should be normal. Get digital X-ray (AP /LAT view) or CT of cervical spine to rule out spondylitis or any nerve compression. Take small dose of safe pain killer. Lye down without pillow and you will feel better. Change your sleep posture ;sitting posture in future
