Having Pus Cell In Urine.

my urine examination showed pus cells and r.b.c. What can be the cause?

Usually that happens when some infection is there..when last time i had it in my urine report the doc started me on antibiotic and then it went off.. after i have still not got it..she told me to drink plenty of water..
