Have Neurofibromatosis, Bladder Trouble. How To Convince Employers During Drug Test?

i have neurofibromatosis i am 55 years old and am having bladder trouble, I have several companies trying to hire me yet all of them want a drug screen and I can t urinate in the time allotted, now I drink gallons of water trying to pass the test in 4 minutes and they don t seem to understand the problem now the employers think I m up to something because I just don,t take the test what can I do?

Hello sir.

The most logical thing would be to produce the medical documents wherein youe diagnosis is clearly stated or visit your doctor and request for amedical certificate, attested and sealed by him/her confirming your diagnosis and condition.
