Was Hit And Received Thigh Contusion. Knee Is Paining. Treatment?

I play lacrosse and I was hit on friday and recieved a thigh contusion. For the first couple of days my leg was extremly tender and tigh, my knee would lock occasionally and give out. I Iced and rested and felt much better by monday. On monday I tried running around, today my knee is in pain. whenever I run, it does not hurt, but when I finish, I get a flooding pain through my knee.

hi. you have catching and locking of the knee, it suggest meniscal injury/ ligament injury. you need to undergo arthroscopy and repair. see your orthopedician. all the very best.
