Atrial flutter occurs when the upper chamber of the heart beats very fast. Sometimes up to 300 beats per minute. The lower chamber of the heart will beat slower and be regular. Atrial flutter should be investigated by your doctor as it usually needs medication to treat. If untreated it can be dangerous as the heart is not beating efficiently.
Hope this helps you.

Greetings of the dayLeftupper abdominal pain is unlikely to be due to Gall bladdr problem. It could be related to acid peptic disease. Wait for Ultrasound report, if its normal then try Tab Pantoprozole 40 mg once a day for 15 days.
