Hello,
It is my privilege to help you,
As your history suggests that your having upper back pain, there are several reasons for the upper back pain.
Most common cause will be abnormal posture we adopt during sitting and working.
I would have suggested some back exercises as you are having mild back pain it may works out to you.
I would advise you to consult your Spine Specialist to find out the site and reason for the pain and he may suggest the appropriate mode of treatment.
Thank you.
