Symptoms can be attributed to para spinal muscle spasm or cervical spondylitis.

i got a bad cough and wheezy breathing and upperbackpain below my right shoulder, lasted a week after a cold ? Whatdoyouthink?
Sounds like Bronchitis, this is inflammation and irritation of the airway due to an infection or allergies. Most of the time, once the infection clears up, the pain and wheezyness will stop too. Over the counter cough syrups that contain Dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant) should help. If you go to the doctor, they might give you a short term inhaler which will help too. Hope this helps.
I have been breathing with one nostril at a time for like 4 months now and ive been having severe backpain at my middle and upper back region.what do i do?
You can meet a ENT doctor to get the things checked properly for the breathing problem. There is no relationship of upperbackpain with nostril issue. You can consult orthopedics doctor for the backpain issue.
