Breast lump due to accident
I bruised my right breast recently by catching it on my car door and now I have found a hard lump underneath the skin where the bruise was.Should I be worried?
I was in a car accident 4 days ago. I had a slight bruise on my right breast. Now my entire breast is black and purple. Should i be concerned with the pain?
Getting bruise after any accident is a common phenomenon. When we are wearing belt then the breast area most commonly have the frictional trauma. This appears on 2nd day and fully formed in 3 to 4 day. The bruise will change the colour to black, then green and will disappear in next 14-20 days. If you do not have severe pain then nothing is required. Eat a lot of Vit C.

Hello! In reasonable amounts turkey meat is good as it is great source of proteins and iron. However some turkeys can contain antibiotics and hormones which can be used to make them grow faster. So the source of meat is very important. Too much of turkey breast can cause kidneys problem, that is why diet should be balanced. Regards.
