hi
as long as the blood pressure is there is no need to increase your medicines.
occasional spikes of higher blood pressure is of no great concern
what I advice you is that- monitor your blood pressure for 15 days , regularly checking it. if blood pressure is consistently increased then there is a need for intervention.
what medicines are you taking for hypertension?
maintain a healthy diet, go for regular walking
and do write to us for any further doubt
