Welcome to Healthcare magic.
1.When thyroid is scanned by ultrasound.
2.There are different types of nodules, single, multiple, cystic ( fluid congaing), solid.
3.Depending on their nature they are classified. To classify them vascularity is one of the criteria.
4.increased vascularity is seen in the thyroiditis ( inflammation )

it can be a thyroidnodule. Better to have an examination with gp or ent specialist.
I have a 5x5mm isoechoic solid thyroidnodule nd a 3.0x2.0x1.5cm complex cystic mass with multiple thicken septations in my right parotid gland what this mean?
The solid thyroidnodule probably is a single goiter - just a swelling in the thyroid gland. The cystic mass in the right parotid gland is mostly a retention cyst within the gland.
