IF you are underweight with all reports normal, but tremors on excessive work-out, this can be due to other medical problems,.
Also go for X-ray chest and ultrasonography of abdomen to rule out other problems.
If everything is normal , then probably this may be due to stress and tensions.
You Doctor will be in a position to check you physically to suggest more tests. May need anxiolytics
