as such it is the cleaning of skin with soap and warm water and usage of turmeric powder. but it is the antibiotics which will cause the shrinkage of the boils and also clearing of the wounds

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
Here we use a very common plant found every where called as pathar chat [ bryophyllum ] having many leaf buds. Its leaf is heated with oil on one side and tied over boil. It makes boil to make a weak spot and expell all pyogenic matter. Use of black pepper and turmeric internally prevents recurrance.

Applying salt to the affected area is the simplest remedy. Just wet the area and apply some common salt around the boil. It takes 2 to 3 days for the boil to settle. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a day.And yes it doesnt even when after applying salt
Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Manish Rijhwani's  Response

Yes there is a home remedy used it many times. Very hot oatmeal used on the boil works to bring it up and out.
Make a thick oatmeal very hot, but not hot enough to take your skin off, be careful, and put oatmeal on some gauss bandage and tape on the boil let it sit on boil for 10 min then take off. Wait awhile then repeat. It will bring it to a head and then you can take care of it from there be sure to clean it good when done.
