Hi.., Ultrasound scanning is enough to detect the gender of the fetus...
But no radiologist or gynecologist will reveal it, since it is a rule in our country , that sex of the fetus must not be revealed.. also be not be worried of it, be happy with anything god gives, accept with whole heated happiness cause god knows what to give when to give..
